The short version

PumpLocal collects as little as possible. No accounts, no advertising trackers, no marketing cookies, and the grant calculator runs entirely in your browser — your answers are never sent to us or stored.

What we do process

• Emails you send us (corrections, removals, listing submissions): we use your email address only to handle your request.
• Hosting logs: our host (Vercel) processes standard technical request data (such as IP address) to serve and secure the site.

Business listings

Listings describe companies using information those companies publish on their own websites. We prefer listing limited companies rather than named individuals. If a listing includes information about you and you want it corrected or removed, email hello@heatpumplocal.co.uk — removals are actioned within one week.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and applicable privacy law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. Contact hello@heatpumplocal.co.uk. If you're unsatisfied, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
